Thermal-net Heater

overview The Thermal-net Heater is key equipment in the thermal net system which is one of the main equipment. It consists by heat exchange tube, shell, tube plate, whirl plate, seal head and other components. Its main function is taking used of the steam drawed from the turbine or the boiler(to heat the media) to heat the circulating water in the hot water supply system, to meet the need of the user as well as realize cogeneration. The thermal net heater can be divided into common thermal heater and peak therma-net heater. They can achieve steam-water and waterf-water heat exchange. According to the shape of the heateder, the thermal net heater can be divided into vertical type and horizontal type. And according to the structure, it can be divided into: fixed tube plate tuype, U-shape tube type and packed-gland type. There are many kinds of heat exchange pipe: light pipe, blows pipe and threaded pipe with different material as : stainless steel, carbon steel, copper-nickel alloy and so on. The shell's material is always carbon steel , low alloy steel, etc. The material's slection is on the basis of the different working material.
